To start the process of building out the world of Ranger Gouda and his island, we first wanted to consider the characters that would be living there.

With characters like “Squashua” (a sentient squash character with an inquisitive and loving personality), Ollie Oxen the Ox (a cool, collected, easy going Ox who loves to skateboard), and Greg Norris the Stegosaurus (a friendly, gentle, and considerate Stegosaurus) it was clear that there was a need for fun, lovable character designs that would fit in to the world of Ranger Gouda, and would fit the creators vision.
